Sorry no refunds on custom printed garments.
We are all about perfection, exceeding your expectations and giving you an amazing product, but if we have made a mistake on our side we will gladly fix it for you at no extra cost, excluding shipping.
Firstly email us and arranged the return of the product. Remember to send the product back with your order number/invoice details.
Once the warehouse receives your parcel, we will reimburse the item price less the delivery cost.
Route 62 T's is not able to accept the return of any products which have not gone through the above process.
We require the âOrder Numberâ, which you will find in your âMy Accountâ to be able to expedite your query with appropriate urgency
Any item which was not purchased from Route 62 T's but returned to us cannot be re-sent to you.
Route 62 T's will not be liable for storage, returning, disposing of or otherwise taking any responsibility over any such item.
