Shipping Conditions
South Africa - Local Orders and Delivery:
- Route-62 brand items are shipped from Oudtshoorn, Western Cape.
How much does Shipping cost?
- All Areas - delivery courier fees are levied at R99.00 for door to door.
What Shipping Company do you use?
In order to provide our product with some of the best shipping times, all our orders are shipped with various courier services. This lets us provide the best experience for every customer.

We make use of a variety of couriers such as Aramex, The Courier Guy, Fastway Couriers, and ST Couriers. Shipping is not included in our prices but we give you options that we feel are very reasonably priced with reputable companies. You can always arrange your own courier to collect from us.
- A tracking number would be issued immediately after pick up of an order by the courier.
Where Is My Order?
Once a package has been shipped, you will receive an confirmation email notification with your tracking information. Please note tracking can take up to 48 hours to show movement.
If you have not received the email (even in your “promotions” or “spam” folders), please email info@route62ts.co.za and we will assist you.
Handling Time:
Once the payment has reflected on our side, we will begin the process of handling your order. Orders will usually be processed within 5 days after quality inspection.
Standard Delivery Period
Major Cities/Towns: 4 to 7 working days (Depending on Supplier)
Remote Areas: 5 to 8 working days (depending on third-party)
Route 62 T's is open from Monday to Friday, between 08:00hrs and 17:00hrs
Should there be delays with regards to delivery, kindly make follow-up with the respective courier company providing them with the relevant tracking number. Alternatively you can e-mail your query on info@route62ts.co.za
Can I Cancel Or Change My Order/Shipping Address?
An order cannot be canceled after it has been placed, processed and you have confirmation. We are not able to make any exceptions.
Additionally, we are not able to edit or modify orders in any way after they have been placed and processed, including shipping address.
